Flin Flon, Manitoba, March 1, 2016............Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CZC.CNSX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William J. Jackson Ba.Sc., to its Board of Directors. Mr. Masson, President and CEO of the Company, welcomes Mr. Jackson to the Board,

Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Toronto in Engineering and has over 20 years of diversified experience experience in the mining industry.

Copper Reef's board believes that Mr. Jackson will prove to be a valuable asset to the Company.
