Retraction of North Star Inventory

Copper Reef Mining Corporation (CSE: CZC) (the "Company") wishes to clarify the resources outlined in the press releases of August 18 and October 8, 2016 referring to the grade and tonnage of mineralized material from the North Star deposit located within the North Star pit and at the Chisel pit in Snow Lake. This disclosure did not comply with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101 and should not be relied upon.
